Great work and congratulations to Jarrod Cloughessy for achieving his FIRST SOLO today, 31 July
2016.
Jarrod was flying well and was about to be sent solo when the wind changed which required a change in runway direction. Jarrod quickly adapted to the different circuit direction. He was then ready to backtrack by himself when he was held up by incoming traffic. So he had to be patient and make some good command decisions before he finally got airborne. He completed his FIRST SOLO circuit to finish with a perfect landing, displaying the nose held up high and a nice long hold off.
Well done Jarrod.
